A       bout SSC FCI: SSC FCI stands ( FCI Exam Pattern ) for Staff Selection Commission Food Corporation of India. The Food Corporation of India (FCI) is a government organization that is responsible for the supply of food grains all over the country. The Staff Selection Commission conducts a national level recruitment exam to recruit aspiring candidates into various posts of various departments under the Government of India.

Like any other government department, in Food Corporation India (FCI) also, the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is in charge of recruiting the staffs. The candidates who got selected through the FCI Recruitment 2020 will not have the status of Central Government Civilian Employee but they will be a full-time employee of FCI and governed by rules, conditions of FCI. The exam is conducted at two phases followed by document verification. There is no interview round involved in the selection procedure

The exam pattern for the SSC FCI exam is given below:

The exam is conducted in two phases: Phase 1 and 2. The phase I is common for all and it consists of the following sections:

The exam duration of Phase I is 1 hour. After Paper I, the papers that people have to write vary with the post they are applying for. The information regarding for which post applicant has to write which paper are listed below: 

  •  Phase II Papers:  Paper-1 is only for the Post Code A, B and C. Paper-1 and Paper-2 is for the Post Code D, E, F, G and H. Paper-3 for Post Code I.
  •  Marking Scheme: The Paper I, III, and V comprises 120 multiple Choice Questions (MCQ), and 1 mark is awarded to each correct response. Paper-II, which is a post-specific paper consists of 60 MCQs, each carrying 1 mark. Paper IV consists of 60 questions and carries 2 marks each. There will be no negative marking in SSC FCI exam.
