A bout LIC AAO: The full form of LIC AAO is Life Insurance Corporation Assistant Administrative Officer. ( LIC AAO Exam Pattern ) It is a national level examination for the recruitment of officers to various posts. It is conducted once a year to recruit aspiring candidates to various posts. The examination is conducted in two languages English and Hindi. The recruitment process has three stages. The first stage is Prelims which will have objective type multiple-choice based questions. The second stage is Mains which will have Descriptive type questions. Third and final stage is the personal interview.

LIC AAO Exam Pattern
There will be a penalty for wrong answers marked in the Objective Tests (1/4) marks and each correct answer carries one mark.
LIC AAO Exam Pattern – Prelims
The online test will be of objective type, multiple choices of 60 minutes (1 hr) duration comprising of the following:

The descriptive test will be available on the computer screen after the objective test.

The fifth section in the mains exam pattern – English Letter writing and Knowledge of Language, are essential only for an aspirant to qualify. Therefore the score will not be used to determine the ranking.
