Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) का कार्मिक प्रतिभा प्रबंधन केंद्र (CEPTAM) प्रत्येक वर्ष डीआरडीओ CEPTAM का आयोजन करता है। CEPTAM तकनीकी, प्रशासनिक और संबद्ध वर्ग के अराजपत्रित संकाय की भर्ती की जांच करता है। इसे DRDO की कॉर्पोरेट इकाई के कार्मिक मूल्यांकन केंद्र (PEACE) के रूप में DRTC संवर्ग ( Technical Staff ) को ध्यान में रखने के लिए शामिल किया गया था। यह इस कैडर के प्रशिक्षण के लिए भी जिम्मेदार है।

Age criteria for STA ‘B’ and Technician ‘A’ posts

Eligibility Criteria for MTS posts

उम्मीदवारों को किसी मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड या औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थान (आईटीआई ) से कक्षा 10 या समकक्ष उत्तीर्ण होना चाहिए। उम्मीदवारों की आयु 18 से 25 वर्ष के बीच होनी चाहिए।

DRDO CEPTAM Document Upload :

डीआरडीओ CEPTAM आवेदन पत्र भरते समय, उम्मीदवारों को फोटोग्राफ और हस्ताक्षर की स्कैन की गई छवियों को अपलोड करना होगा। फोटोग्राफ पासपोर्ट आकार का होना चाहिए, और इसे हाल ही में लिया जाना चाहिए। तस्वीर के लिए एक सफेद पृष्ठभूमि को प्राथमिकता दी जाती है। हस्ताक्षर सफेद पृष्ठभूमि पर काली या नीली स्याही में होना चाहिए। आवेदकों को अपने कक्षा 10 या समकक्ष प्रमाण पत्र के साथ-साथ एक ईईआर प्रमाण पत्र की स्कैन की हुई प्रति भी अपलोड करनी होगी।

टियर- I के लिए डीआरडीओ CEPTAM पंजीकरण के समय, आवेदक वरीयता क्रम के अनुसार दो या अधिक परीक्षा केंद्र चुन सकते हैं। उम्मीदवारों द्वारा प्रदान किए गए विकल्पों में से, परीक्षा प्राधिकरण उन्हें डीआरडीओ CEPTAM परीक्षा केंद्र प्रदान करेगा। एडमिट कार्ड जारी होने पर आवेदकों को आवंटित परीक्षा केंद्र के बारे में पता चल जाएगा। डीआरडीओ CEPTAM परीक्षा केंद्र और उसका पता एडमिट कार्ड पर मौजूद होगा। एक बार परीक्षा केंद्र आवंटित हो जाने के बाद, इसे किसी भी परिस्थिति में नहीं बदला जा सकता है। उम्मीदवारों को निर्धारित डीआरडीओ CEPTAM परीक्षा केंद्र पर रिपोर्ट करना होगा।
